Shipping Time

We are working diligently to fulfill your order, and we strive to have it processed and sent out within two weeks or sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take up to three weeks. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any inquiries about the status of your order after it has been shipped, we recommend reaching out to USPS (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) for more accurate, real-time updates.

Return/Exchange Policy

We take great care in inspecting each item before it's shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please be aware that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect. Thank you for your understanding.


We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. Once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order. For further updates after your order has been shipped, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. Thank you for your cooperation.

Payment Issues

If you see a failed transaction on your bank statement, don't worry! It's common to see temporary charges when orders don't go through. These charges will automatically disappear within a couple of days. However, if you're unsure whether your order went through, please reach out to us with your full name and email address, and we'll be happy to double-check it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. JianiBaby cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.

If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before the package is shipped.

Delayed/Lost Orders

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) immediately to file a claim. Please note that JianiBaby is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.

Product Availability

We strive to keep all of our items in stock, however, sometimes products may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Changes to Policy

JianiBaby reserves the right to make changes to the shop policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
